“They advertise the SIM with the “13 Deep” enclosure by showing a photo where landing turf covers the entire enclosure, but when it ships, they only include a 13’ x 6’6” strip, which doesn’t even cover the 10’ deep enclosure. It feels like false advertising on the landing turf. Everything else in the system has been solid.” — Shaun Ashman, rated 3 out of 5 on Google (a month ago)
“PlayBetter's customer service is 2nd to none. I had an issue with a launch monitor and they took care of the problem very quickly with a no hassle return. I'll be using them for many years to come!” — Kirk Siddens, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (2 months ago)
“Wow! It has been a fantastic experience. I purchased a Foresight Falcon last October and was very happy with the support and service. Even more impressive is the ease with which one can make a return. I just purchased a set of Swing Optix cameras to go with my launch monitor. Unfortunately, I had to return them because they could not work with my Foresight equipment. They make it very, very simple to print labels and process returns. A great experience, I highly recommend doing business with this company.” — Mike Stone, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (4 months ago)
“Impossible to chat with any human online, only AI agent, that is not helpful in any way. They tell you to sign up for a discount just to attack you with a bunch of spam emails and never give any discount. Had to unsubscribe and block them. Would never buy from there.” — Era Westerman, rated 1 out of 5 on Google (5 months ago)
“Ordered a Movi plus and couldn’t be happier with the shipping and product. Even tho the movie plus really didn’t serve my space requirements I was treated very well by Stacia and was given a return label promptly. I’m looking forward to my replacement launcher. Working with her has been a very pleasant experience and looking forward to working with them in the future.” — Phil J, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (a year ago)
