No. A booking inquiry is sent to the venue; it is not a guaranteed booking, reservation, lead volume, or conversion.
What analytics are available to a venue owner?
Owners can see aggregate listing analytics such as page views and clicks. These are summary measurements, not a promise of traffic or bookings.
What does Pro add for a venue?
Pro adds optional branded content such as a logo, hero image or video, tagline, and venue story, plus dedicated gift-card, package, and membership callouts, per-bay technology details, and broadcasts to followers. These features require active Pro access. Broadcasts require admin approval before delivery. Free deals, events, and news can still include outbound links.
Does Pro improve a venue's ranking or buy premium placement?
No. Pro is separate from premium placement and does not change directory or Best-Of rankings. Rankings follow the published methodology; any premium placement is a separate, clearly labeled product and is not included by claiming Pro.
How can I claim an existing listing?
Sign in and submit a claim. A verified email whose domain matches the venue website may qualify for approval, but it is not an unconditional guarantee. A denied claim is not automatically overridden; a work-email verification alternative or manual review may be available, with no promised review turnaround.
