The existing benchmark retains schema-defined hourly headlines as representative estimates when additional unit/access evidence is absent. Positive contradictions identifying the headline as monthly dues, a per-person charge, package or member-only offer are excluded. Neither missing evidence nor a non-estimated flag proves owner verification or public per-bay billing. A separate strict selector requires affirmative public-offer, per-bay and hourly evidence before using that stronger quality label; its smaller sample does not determine this benchmark's indexability. This is not a random national sample, and no minimum or maximum price is published.
Public play, membership and time-of-week pricing
Public bay-hours, per-person charges and monthly memberships are different purchases. Dues are never converted to hourly rates. These six Chicago, Atlanta and Austin listings were purposively selected for the September 30, 2026 review, not a national survey. Only ATX had confirmed public hourly amounts ($50/hour; $40/hour before 4 PM Monday–Thursday), but its per-bay/per-person basis was not separately established. There is insufficient evidence for a national membership discount, per-person differential or peak/weekend premium. Review dates are source-access dates, not current booking quotes.
