“We just were driving thru steamboat and my wife sees this course and has me pull in and get a tee time for the following day. Man was I blown away. The staff have been nothing short of amazing. Is the price high. Sure. But you quickly find out why. Amazing layout. View after view after view. Fairways were in perfect shape. Greens weren’t fast. They weren’t slow either. You hafta earn your score here. Food was amazing in the restaurant after my round. Keeping this place on my go to list everytime we come back to steamboat from now on. “Course is in decent shape as we played in early July. There appeared to be a ton of divots that were not fixed on the greens which became annoying as the round went. Front nine plays pretty flat while the back does have a bit of elevation change to it (know this if you do decide to walk). We were behind a foursome of locals who were older and walking. These were the slowest people ever as multiple groups were waiting on the tee box while they were searching for their lost ball.
