“My first time coming to this establishment andI was excited to get new clubs, learn about getting lessons, and more about golfing in general. However, unfortunately, the customer service was not good. There were 2 young men behind the counter, one just finishing up with a customer, the other trying to quickly finish chewing what he just threw in his mouth when I walked in so he could muster a hello. Neither men asked me if I needed any assistance, or offered to help in any way. Its unfortunate because now that im retired, I plan to golf more, so purchasing new clubs and taking some lessions was my plan. There were some very nice items in this store too, but I quietly walked out very disappointed in the lack of even talking to me. “Just had my first visit. It was awesome!! I had several clubs regripped. It's early in the the season here so they were able to do them while I waited. While I was waiting I was able to find a great used hybrid 4. They let me try several hybrids on the range until I found one I liked. The price was very reasonable. “Stopped in here to grab a few things for my golf bag and try out the range - I was helped by Brady who was very professional and knowledgeable about the products in the store. I ended up scheduling a lesson with Brady for my 15yr old step son to work on his swing mechanics and he absolutely loved it! Brady's instruction was not only clear and concise, but was also done in a friendly, relaxed manner that left my step son feeling comfortable asking questions/seeking further guidance.
