“Great course to walk or ride though you’ll break a sweat walking some of the hills on the back 9. Nice variety of different approaches to the greens. Well maintained. Friendly service. A must if you’re a golfer visiting Helena.” — Luke Gruber, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (8 months ago)

“It is my understanding that this has been for sale for some time. I hope someone buys it and hires a staff with some customer service skills. A couple of years ago I was down with an arm injury, in a sling. My wife and some friends were playing as a foursome, I paid a cart fee to join for the conversation. She initially was riding with me, but then the pro shop kid came out with a message from the boss … either my wife ride with the other golfer or we could all leave. What difference did it make? We didn’t get upset with the kid as he was just the messenger.” — Paul Montana, rated 1 out of 5 on Google (10 months ago)

“Did the par 3 on 9/7 in early morning. Course was immaculate and not many people. Probably due to the tournament on the championship course. Highly recommend for a quick round.” — Jon Straughn, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (a year ago)

“It’s a great experience out in the countryside by Helena. I like the staff, pro shop, everything about it is a great Montana experience. It’s the specific design of the course that’s poor. There is no design. On the par 5 ninth, I hit my approach shot fat and the ball landed in the middle of a bunker directly in front of the green, and bounced out of the bunker, rolling to within 10 feet of the pin, which was in the middle of the green. The ball should have plugged in the sand, that’s the whole point of the hazard. Anyway, the course in Dillon, and the course in Butte, and both courses in Idaho Falls are the same. Long, flat tracks of grass with a putting green at the end.” — Scott Senjo, rated 3 out of 5 on Google (2 years ago)

“Great course! We played the par 3 today which is a great course to hone your short game or play with the kids. The back 9 has longer fairways. The regulation course is also beautiful but with more hazards. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Be sure to arrive 5-10 minutes before your tee time.” — Cari Schwen, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (6 years ago)
