“I am a member at FiveIron and let me tell you what, the customer experience there compared to Birdie Club is night and day. The guy working behind the desk at Birdie Club was barely awake, zero welcome or intro to the facility. We then played for our reserved 2 hours and kept getting hassled at the end by a “coach” that we were over time. It was 12:02 and we had one hold left to play. Plus there was a completely wide open bay available for the “coach” to train his player. Will not be coming back here. “I finally made it into this place and Adrian and his staff were great! I was so pleased with the facility and the three Trackman set up, that we hosted our Jesuit Golf end of year celebration here.
