“Do not golf at royal scot. They put us behind league on Thursday. Totally understandable right. Well we teed off at 4:55 and by hole 9 me and my partner were waiting 10-20 mins between shots so we were over it. Still no problem with us. It’s expected on league night. Well it’s time to make the turn and it’s quarter to 8 so we call it a day. We walk inside looking for a rain check so maybe we can make a tee time the next day and they say no. I asked if I could get money back and they also say no. They are thieves. I’ve been playing here for 20 years. I’ll never be back. We were going to run out of daylight I don’t see how a rain check is to much to ask or just give me a refund for the difference for 9 holes. Good customer service is hard to come by these days. “This course is enjoyable to play and offers good value. The layout has some fun and challenging holes, and conditions are overall decent. The only downside is that the hole sequence isn’t well marked — we ended up on 19–27, then 15, and finally 1–9. Luckily, we played with someone who knew the course, otherwise it would have been quite confusing. “Absolutely loved our round here! The fairways were beautifully manicured, and the greens were some of the best I've played in lower Michigan--smooth, true, and rolling right around a perfect 10.5. You can tell the crew takes real pride in the course. On top of that, the service was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more.
