“TL;DR: Don't waste your time go to your local pro Complete waste of money! I wanted to believe in GOLFTEC. I saw their commercial and wanted to be 7 shots better. I like an analytical and data driven approach so thought this would be perfect for me. I signed up for a one year package. I finally quit with one month left and was happy to do so. I made ZERO progress over the year! I actually got worse! Went from a mid 80s golfer to struggling to break 90. They don't know how to teach a golf swing. My swing has plenty flaws, which I hoped they could help fix. When I left they were even worse. The only reason they get 1 star is google won't let me give the zero, but they deserve 1 star because they did refund me a small amount of my money when I quit. Happyiest decision of my golf game was leaving them and finding real instruction from actual professionals. Good luck on your journey, find a local pro who can improve your golf swing rather than the cookie cutter methods GOLFTEC uses. “I am a student at the Clearwater GOLFTEC and Erik Lentz is my coach/instructor. Highly recommend both Erik and GOLFTEC ! Erik has really helped me eliminate my bad habits and I have a completely new swing that is reliable and easy to understand and execute. I opted for their biggest plan (52 weeks) which I think was the best choice for me since I wanted to do more than just fix a few things (I wanted to have the right swing from take away to follow through). “I have been attending lessons up at GOLFTEC in Clearwater for almost a year now and can't recommend it enough. Nick Ramsey has been my instructor and he is the best there is. Very patient, knows how to teach and is highly knowledgeable about the difficult game of golf. I have learned so much and have made major strides in my game and practice sessions.
