“Was a great course.Cart paths real nice. Everything was marked good. We would go back” — Alice Rice, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (8 months ago)
“A Countryside Gem! This 9-hole course is fantastic—a genuine surprise given its remote location. I was genuinely shocked by how good it is! We played 18 holes (two rounds) in late May 2025, and the course was in excellent condition. The greens are a definite highlight. Their pronounced undulations make every putt a challenge, ensuring an interesting read. While they play firm, meaning few ball marks, this also makes holding the green a difficult but rewarding task. Importantly, putts ran true, with no unexpected bounces or deflections. The fairways were immaculate—lush, virtually weed-free, and remarkably free of divots. I'd describe the roughs as near-perfect. They're not so long that you'll lose your ball, but they're thick enough to impose a solid two-club penalty. For a golfer like me, hitting a green from 140 yards is cause for a celebratory text to my buddies. From the rough, even 100 yards feels like a distant dream, let alone 140! A common frustration for me is losing balls, but I didn't lose a single one today. Deep, wooded rough and out-of-bounds areas are refreshingly easy to avoid here. (Though I did manage to find the water a couple of times!) If you're within, say, a 50-mile radius, this course is absolutely worth the drive. Plus, it's incredibly affordable! They even offer a special seniors' rate on Thursdays this year. Edit, a few days later. This course is not listed on the USGA/GHIN Handicap Database, and the Slope/Rating numbers are not on the scorecard. So I can't post my (not-too-bad) score. Weird.” — Elliott McCrory, rated 4 out of 5 on Google (a year ago)
“Yup, legit 5 stars. After an extremely dry summer this course still had green fairways and true rolling greens. Yeah…it’s only 9 holes but it’s a fun layout. The greens are as challenging as anything in northern Indiana. GPS on the carts too. Crazy cheap with my golf passport.” — Pat Curtis, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (a year ago)
“Played there first time Wednesday. It is by far the nicest course I have played. Very well taken care of. Tight fairways fast greens. I will definitely play again. P.S., they do not sale beer but you can take your own.” — Kenneth Berry, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (3 years ago)
“Always enjoy playing on what I refer to as my "home" course. Very well kept and beautiful. Staff are super attentive and helpful. Was practicing some chipping the other day and someone came out to give me some pointers. Paved cart paths and reasonable fees. Club house and modest reception hall very nice as well.” — Michael Haigh, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (5 years ago)
