“Altho our waitress was over the top nice & friendly, it was very slow service. Ran out of ice cream on a hot day & the brownie was old/stale. Coworkers complained that the steak & steak tips were tough. It's part of a golf course so parking was tough too Partied here as a teen, would keep it that way.” — Debbie Ventre, rated 3 out of 5 on Google (2 weeks ago)
“Our Calamari was undercooked and the waitress came back and told us the cook said it was perfect and he tried a bite. There were six of us at the table who all felt it was undercooked. Cook wasn't willing to cook it more or revise the order so at this point not willing to risk a snot in our basket. Bummed, it used to be good.” — Dawn Harmon, rated 1 out of 5 on Google (3 weeks ago)
“Played on 05/11 for first time in years. The drainage work done has greatly improved general conditions. Greens were fast.” — Brian Murphy, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (a month ago)
“We walked in tonight at 8:30pm & were greeted by an extremely friendly gentleman at the door, his name was Ricky. The kitchen had already closed but he insisted on serving us what he could cook himself and was so accommodating. I worked in the service industry myself for 10 plus years & I didn’t want to be “those people” who came in when they were closing up. They still had guests at the bar but Ricky insisted on us making ourselves comfortable. He made our meals for us & they were delicious! This place is a hidden gem. The food is delicious & it’s So reasonably priced. What Ricky didn’t know when I walked in, was that I’m an ICU nurse who just came off a very long 13+ hour shift, I was starving, and his kindness & above and beyond service made all of the difference. Post Covid -exceptional service is hard to find, genuinely kind people are even harder. On the way out he knew every guest by name, you can tell he invests in his regulars, and we didn’t catch his co workers name but the beautiful young blonde who also waited on us was also just as kind, accommodating & exceptional. We will be back again! Thank you Ricky & blondie!” — Deena DiIorio, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (5 months ago)
“The view was nice to sit outside and see people tee off but the food quality and service big zero. It wasn't even busy when we went. My big problem was the lobster roll...pre-made and stored in a sandwich bag the placed on a toasted bun.... Really? It's New England where is the pride?! Rest of the food was typical.” — Leena Burns, rated 2 out of 5 on Google (9 years ago)
