“They have 36 holes and are sending people out every 7.5 minutes. Greedy. My round on Lakeside took over 5.5 hours, waiting on every tee, sometimes with 3 groups on a tee box. Won’t be coming back here. It’s a shame because it’s a decent course.” — Aaron Hassett, rated 2 out of 5 on Google (a month ago)

“Good 36 holes. Woodside course is short from the tip 6400 yards. Lakeside plays a little longer... Usually in good shape..” — jerry winkler, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (2 months ago)

“Xavier had another spectacular round at Butler's on the Lakeside course. He made sure to take in a sunny day, and enjoyed the course conditions. His favorite is the hot dog at the turn. A must "glizzy" for any golf enthusiast!” — William Flow, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (9 months ago)

“This course is in great great shape for being as busy as it is for a public course but there is a serious pace of play problem every time I go.. They have starters at both 1 tees checking times but it doesn’t seem to make a difference, at one point there were 3 different groups in front of us trying to hit onto the same green… honestly insane. Never seen anything like it!” — Connor Kelly, rated 3 out of 5 on Google (9 months ago)

“My dad used to play Lakeside front 9 as a kid with his dad (my grandpa) who passed away when I was little. My dad and I were finally able to make it out there to play the 9 that my dad and his dad used to play together when my dad was a child. I made the booking/tee time 7 days in advance and it turned out there was a company tourney the same day as our t time so we were informed we could play woodside but probably not lakeside. We also stayed at the bed and breakfast the night before which was super convenient. The morning of our tee time we showed up an hour and a half early and explained why we were there. Rico immediately allowed us out on the course ahead of the tourney that didn’t start till 10. So we were able to play lake side front 9 together completely by ourselves. It was a super special moment for myself and even my dad later admitted how cool it was, every hole my dad had a different story about him and his dad on this course. We both played decent but it didn’t matter. Coolest experience I’ve ever had on a course anywhere. Rico showed us how much he and the course cared and took care of us when he didn’t have too. It’s really cool to see that in the industry still. I will be booking multiple trips back here with friends and staying at the bed and breakfast on the course. My dad and myself will return as well. This course earned my future business for YEARS to come by taking the time to take care of us. Course showed us everything the golf industry should be. I only took one picture that dad because I was so wrapped up in the moment. Course was beautiful and in tip top shape too.” — Joseph Lithgow, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (a year ago)
