“The staff and members at X-golf our second to none. If you ever need anything or have any issues with the equipment, the X-golf in Fredericksburg Virginia is amazing. I got to play their Skins game on Monday night. It was one of the first times I've been able to play in the Skins game and had the absolute time of my life. “As a customer, I completely understand that businesses can get busy. However, this was my very first interaction with X-Golf, and unfortunately it was a very distasteful experience. I spoke with a representative named Ashley, and she was extremely rude on the phone. Every time I tried to ask a question, she cut me off. Her tone came across as dismissive and she clearly had an attitude throughout the call. When I asked to speak with a manager, she tried to discourage me by saying the wait would be long I responded that I was fine with waiting, and she simply said “okay” and hung up on me. For a first-time customer, that level of service is unacceptable. “Came here for a work event and we had a great time. They offer lessons, simulators, and fittings. Loved the drink and food menu here. We ordered everything from pizzas, pretzel, wings and fried pickles. Prices were reasonable and they have a nice bar as well. There are tvs and couches where you can sit and enjoy the big games.
