“Once again I am posting about this golf course, as their "neighbors" we have experienced firsthand their lack of mowing again this year. The flowerbed across the fairway at the Tee box is a weed patch again this year, great breeding ground for chiggers and mosquitos. The mosquitos, ticks and dandelions are producing a bumper crop so be prepared when you golf here. Make sure you bring your bug spray if you golf in the weedpatch. I just spoke to one of their employees, as usual he blew me off and could care less, typical for this place, he could care less and his attitude said it all. Well, the news is better, the flowerbed got cleaned up sorta kinda, at least now we can see the flowers. I guess you have to be country folk to understand that if you have tall grass you have MORE bugs. Bring your bug spray. Well folks, here we are two days from a holiday weekend and once again our "neighbors" are playing the same game. Tree limbs still laying, the grass adjacent to us has not been mowed for 2 weeks and is getting ready to bale for feed, the flower bed is producing weeds. Well other than the dandelions, which are many, we spray and treat our property, imagine that. So, once again bring the bug spray for the mosquitoes, ticks and chiggers, they are producing a bumper crop again. Interesting that with a holiday weekend approaching they are once again not attempting to shine. “First time at this course, Clubhouse was extremely nice , and was given a small bucket of range balls to warm up. Which was great. The problems started off at the very first hole. It was completely soaked and they had sprinklers going. Thought maybe it was just a mishap. Moving through the other 17 holes we got really frustrated with pretty much sprinklers going all day, one was going right on the tee box forcing us to go from the red tees( hole 10). On that hole specifically there were 2 foursums cussing each other out and getting ready to fist fight. The greens didn’t seem to be in the best shape and some were really bumpy and wet. Some greens had poor pin placement. Was really thinking we were going to find a hidden gem. Instead we just left muddy and frustrated that the sprinklers were on for 4 hours while we were golfing making it feel like a really long 4 hours of golf instead of a relaxing Memorial Day golf session.” — C Money49, rated 2 out of 5 on Google (a month ago)

“About the only good thing I can say about this golf course is the staff was very friendly. They charged $62 for 18 and a cart, which I'd happily pay if the course was nice. However, the rough had more weeds than an unattended yard, the fairways had sparse grass with lots of mowed weeds and let's not even talk about the greens. Several greens looked like the face of a 13 year old teen with severe acne. Weed killer and and some grass seed would go a long way as well as maybe watering once and a while. The owners and staff have put their heart and soul into making this spot a cozy, beautiful, fun spot — both on the course and inside the newly-renovated, two-story clubhouse.
