“I went in and told the employee the brand of juice I was looking for for my wife and I told the employee the brand and he handed me a completely different brand but I’m not well versed and didn’t realize and just assumed it was correct. Got home and my wife informed me it was the wrong one and she went in today and they refused to exchange it or help in any way. They even did have the correct brand the employee just handed me the wrong one. “Shop is pretty great, has anything I personally need. My only complaint is the employee named Nick Masorti. Hes very passive aggressive to customers, I made a complaint before about flavorless vape juice and ever since then he's been treating me differently, such as putting my vape points on my girlfriends account when ever I make a purchase. “I have been trying to find a billet box for some time now. So I called Billet Box directly and found out they do not ship to PA, but the lady I spoke to recommended Vape Haven. I decided to call and had the chance of speaking to Greg Packech on the phone. He told me that he carries the Billet Box and a good selection of accessories for it. Now I live almost 3 hours away from Vape Haven so I decided to make the long drive and I can say I am quite happy that I did. I got to meet Greg and we talked for awhile. The shop is very nice and Greg was very helpful. I can say I am happy with the purchase that I have made. Even if you have questions after you leave, they will answer and help you out as best as they can over the phone or through chat.
