“I’ve been going to UGP for about 3 months now and I’ve lowered my handicap index from approx. 13 to a 4.3. The team that works here has impressed me in all areas: - Assessing my physical fitness (strengths, weaknesses, and overall mobility) before diving right into “swing coaching”. - Identifying a few major flaws in my golf swing that we prioritized immediately to help reduce the big misses. - The coaches are very knowledgeable about equipment and helped me quickly identify that my irons and shafts were an awful fit for my swing. I had been using the same irons for a decade and desperately needed an upgrade. - Very attentive to messages between my sessions and leaving the feedback from our sessions in the mobile app. Reminders are sent out before sessions to ensure you are there. Sounds trivial but we all get busy and the text check-ins from the coaches go a long way. - The coaches always have a positive mindset and the culture reminds me very much of my time playing college baseball. “I wanted to echo a lot of the reviewers comments about UGP. I had my initial screening with Zach and his insights and manner were top notch. We put together a program that included not only my golf swing but also some PT needs with Caleb. In addition to being world-class professionals, they are also very cool guys. Matt was also fantastic checking in on my overall progress and felt really well taken care of from start to finish. While it is a significant investment, you really do get what you pay for with this team. Everyone you encounter there (even the people you don't work with on a session) are very friendly and go out of their way to say hello every time you are in the facility. I would give them a 6/5 if I could. Highly recommend. PS - Ignore these 1 star reviews from "neighbors". Focus on the people who are actually using their services. “My experience at UGP Austin was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed in the parking lot. Adrian brought my bag in and chatted with me during check-in, making me feel right at home. Numerous colleagues personally introduced themselves, adding to the inviting atmosphere. The facility itself is incredibly clean and equipped with state-of-the-art technology and amenities. The customer service was truly next level - every detail meticulously handled. The expertise of Manny during the physical assessment was obvious; Nicco’s equally so during the swing analysis.
