“Arrival: 11:30am on a Friday in June. FOOD The food was decent. Lots of shareable appetizers with a few meal items. Pretzel bites were hard and flavorless, wings and pizza were good. Kids liked the chips and queso, didn't finish the Mac n cheese bites. Food is grossly overpriced, but that was to be expected. SERVICE The service was bad start to finish. We arrived 90 minutes early for our reserved time (2 bays). The girl at the desk said she would try to slot us in early and that they would text us when our bays were ready. They also said that they would try to put us together. 2 hrs later, and 30 minutes after our reservation, we checked at the desk and they said "Oh yeah! We can put you 4 bays apart.". Neither of the kids working the desk tried at all to serve the customer and we were NEVER notified that our bays were ready. We decided to eat while we waited. No one came to take our order, so we ordered at the bar. They made us pay for food (and tip) before it was served. Food came with no plates, no napkins, and no utensils. Drinks were never refilled in the 3+ hours we were there. ATMOSPHERE The music in the bays is fine, but too loud everywhere else. It is lively and busy.” — Rick Woods, rated 3 out of 5 on Google (2 weeks ago)
“The manager Chris is very hands on. He’s on the floor checking on all the guest ensuring we’re all having a good time. Our server Ari was kind, attentive and very helpful. She made sure we were happy with our food, drinks and experience. The food was hot and fresh. The chicken sliders and fried mac & cheese were a hit! The queso was fire too.” — Tysha K, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (a month ago)
“TopGolf hosted our school event featuring 129 energetic 5th graders on a Thursday morning. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. The moment I first reached out they were responsive and accommodating. They listened to our concerns and put together the best package they could. We had the entire ground floor, the staff was responsive, and the food service was fast and efficient (they eagerly accommodated our food allergy related substitutions). If you are looking for a great place to take a group, then TopGolf should be Top of your list (see what I did there?).” — Antonio Relyea, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (a month ago)
“I’ve been to many Topgolf locations across the East Coast, and this is the first time I visited a topgolf that didn’t match my experience at other Topgolf locations. Our server was never around to ask for refills or to ask about the status of our food. We booked a booth for a 90 minute timeslot and we had around 45 minutes left on our timer when we finally got our food. This was very disappointing. Normally, I’m a very understanding person I know places like these can get chaotic on a weekend. However, the fact that the food took an hour to get to our table and to finally receive food, that was subpar was very disappointing. I got the saddest salad I’ve ever seen in my life with some sort of melted cheese and like five pieces of fried chicken and brown avocado……and no dressing. I would’ve been more understanding if they would’ve said “hey the avocados we have aren’t fresh would you like something else or would you like a salad without the avocado?”, but the fact that you still sent this out to a paying customer was very alarming. I asked our waiter to replace my food and they were very kind and replaced my food, but when my second dish showed up, it wasn’t even that good either I ordered the chicken sandwich with slaw and the chicken was bland and overcooked/chewy. This whole experience with the food threw my mood off the rest of the night. Especially because Topgolf is more for special occasions in my family. It was very disappointing and all I was wished was that I could get my time back and have gone somewhere else - a feeling I’ve never had at Topgolf I usually feel on top of the world when I leave. Very disappointing.” — Adriana Bautista, rated 1 out of 5 on Google (2 months ago)
“Had a great time at Top Golf for a birthday party. The group I was with had six reserved lanes with seating/tables for all and arranged catering. Catering consisted of a variety of finger foods set up on a nearby table and unlimited soft drinks (that had to be ordered individually and brought to you by an overworked waitress). The food was okay but setup later than we hoped (about 40 minutes after the party started) and taken away too early. But who really goes to Top Golf for the food anyway?! It was my first time so a tutorial on how to play would’ve been great but we had fun figuring it out. Overall it was a great, clean atmosphere to attend a party and have some laughs.” — Ell T, rated 4 out of 5 on Google (3 months ago)
