“We recently hosted a company event at Topgolf and overall had a great experience. Corey (sales rep) was fantastic to work with throughout the planning process and always provided information quickly and efficiently. Sean (event coordinator) was also extremely accessible and very helpful during the event itself, which made everything run smoothly. Tommy, our bartender in the room, was fun, engaging, and always willing to help. Our guests really enjoyed interacting with him. The buffet attendants were great as well — they made setup easy, allowed me to arrive a little early to decorate, and even helped with the decorating process. The room itself was beautifully decorated, and having the bays separated made the event feel much more exclusive and elevated for our team. Looking back, I probably didn’t need the entire room since part of it ended up being underutilized, but that was my own decision. One area I think could be improved was the logo package I purchased. The logos didn’t seem as polished as I expected, and the sizing appeared inconsistent, so that part felt a little lacking. “Michelle was one of the best servers I’ve ever had! Our overall experience was amazing. The games were fun and very interactive, and the staff were amazing! Michelle was very helpful and made our experience so much more better she genuinely cares if the guests have fun. she made sure to check up on us very often and make sure that our drinks were refilled and she actually took time at the end of her shift to have a great conversation with us about our experiences. “Lots of fun! 2nd time at this location in Cranston. Reservations needed, literally a dollar a minute, hour and a half is $90 and 2 hours is $120, you control your heat and games you play. “We live over an hour away but my son really wanted to go for his 17th birthday. I took him and a few of his friends to play for 2 hours. Our bay was ready when we got there. We ordered drinks and food and they came out promptly. When oir dessert came, the waitress brought out a platter with Happy Birthday written in chocolate sauce for my son. It was so sweet of her. Even the teenage boys were impressed! When it was time to settle the bill there was an issue with one of my gift cards I had. The manager took care of it and was very nice about it.
