“The golf itself and food was great! The service we had was by far the worst I have ever experienced. We came here other times and service was great! But this time was by far the WORST EVER experience we got with service. Only got serviced ONCE!!! Had to wave the waitress down just to order food. Never came back for over an hour!! Asked the table by us how everything was and then skipped by what they said and as she was asking us. The table beside us wanting to put in more to order. Once she got done with theirs, never came back to us and asked the other table beside us if they needed anything. Made us feel very EXCLUDED and EXTREMELY UNHAPPY.” — Carrigan Hedrick, rated 1 out of 5 on Google (a month ago)
“I had a really disappointing experience at Topgolf Pittsburgh. We had a reservation, and there was apparently no posted rule saying you can’t also be on the waitlist, but we were still told we weren’t allowed to do both. The whole situation was handled poorly and felt unnecessarily frustrating. On top of that, the food was not okay. Our pizza and chicken sandwich both came out undercooked, which is unacceptable for the prices they charge. Another issue was the smell near the bathrooms. The bathroom itself did not smell bad, but the area around the bathrooms smelled strongly like urine, which was really unpleasant. The one bright spot was our server, Melanie. She was an absolute sweetheart and was clearly trying her best, even though the situation around her was a mess. She deserves credit for being kind and helpful. Unfortunately, another server, Brandy, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude made the experience even worse. Overall, this visit was frustrating from start to finish. Between the unclear reservation/waitlist issue, undercooked food, the unpleasant smell near the bathrooms, and poor customer service from certain staff, I would not recommend this location.” — Alexa Kennedy, rated 1 out of 5 on Google (a month ago)
“Very nice location. Just recently purchased the summer membership, very glad that I did. We went twice two days in a row. This location has such kind staff and is in a nice location. I recommend booking a bay beforehand rather than doing a walk-in session. But that’s just me!” — Shae Yaceczko, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (a month ago)
“I visited this location on a Tuesday night and was really disappointed by the management and the overall experience. Despite the facility being noticeably empty with many open bays, the staff refused to give us a bay in the middle. Even after we specifically requested one, we were tucked away in a corner bay. To make matters worse, the lights in play area weren't even on, making it difficult to actually play. When we brought our concerns to the manager, they were incredibly arrogant and dismissive rather than trying to help. It’s a shame because the food was actually very good, but the poor treatment from management and the lack of basic amenities like lighting completely ruined the vibe. I expected much better service, especially on a quiet night.” — Vishwak Reddy, rated 3 out of 5 on Google (4 months ago)
“The setup is very modern and well-maintained — each bay has comfortable seating, touch-screen scoring, and friendly staff to help with anything you need. The games are engaging and can be enjoyed by all skill levels. Even if you’re not a golfer, you’ll still have a blast aiming for the colorful targets and watching your score rise. The food and drinks were also great! We tried a few appetizers and everything was fresh and flavorful. The service was quick, and our server was really helpful and attentive throughout our session. One thing I highly recommend: please pre-book your bay in advance. The place gets quite busy, especially during evenings and weekends. We were lucky to get a spot without waiting too long, but many others had to wait over an hour. Booking ahead on their website is quick and easy — it saves you time and ensures a stress-free experience. Also, don’t forget to check their website early for deals or offers — sometimes they have weekday specials or discounts that are totally worth grabbing! Overall, I’d definitely visit again. Whether you’re celebrating, hanging out, or just trying something new, Topgolf is a great way to make memories. Highly recommended!” — Nikhil Saini, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (a year ago)
