“Your fun is truly what you make it, and we still had a wonderful time at Topgolf with our family. Getting to laugh, play, and make memories together is what made the experience special. That said, the service was a bit inconsistent. Our first server, Lana, wasnt polite, and she ended her shift without letting us know or checking in. She also went on an unnecessary rant about her family members collecting golf balls and told us not to aim at them, which felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. In addition, our food order was incorrect multiple times. Thankfully, once Cameron took over, the experience improved significantly. She was polite, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of, which helped turn the night around.
