“Top Golf is the place to be! I love it here - lovely atmosphere, tasty food, and fun golf games. Their smashburger and tater tots- Y U M!!! I've tried different snacks/foods and they're all very good. As long as you're eating there, you're refills are free. :D I'm not even a golf fan, but the games they have make it possible for a beginner to win. There are 3 floors to play on, but I'd recommend the 2nd or 3rd floors (1st floor hits don't always register on the game). They even have toddler sized clubs for the little ones, and left handed clubs for the lefties. I've noticed lots of adults celebrating their birthdays here. “My hubby loves this place and has been bugging me to go with him. I finally did 05/30/26, we arrived at 20:00. I just wanted appetizers and cocktails. It was 20:32 before we had a chance to order. The place was complete chaos! We got our drinks and food by 20:54. It’s a nice place but unorganized. Employees running around like chickens with their heads cut off. There was one staff member I think his name was Geronimo(sorry if I butchered your name). He was the only person that even checked on us. One more thing that annoyed me was having to pay before we even received a drink, a glass of water, a napkin, etc. Why am I tipping someone that didn’t serve me. Paying for food and drinks I hadn’t received. That’s crazy…. First and last time. Everything ain’t for everybody and Top Golf just isn’t for me(this location especially). “I've been to several Topgolf locations, including the one in Phoenix, while catching a Dodgers vs. Diamondbacks game, and overall, I feel like this one might need to revisit its customer service training. Although it wasn't terrible, it could definitely have been better. I had a reservation for a party of four, and we were greeted in our bay by what appeared to be a safety manager giving us a safety briefing, which was a nice touch. I believe our server's name was Leila, who gave us the same safety briefing and took our drink order. One of our party members wasn't drinking at the time because she was pumping breast milk, so she ordered water. The initial service was great, but it went south fast. I don't know where the breakdown occurred, but Leila was hard to find. All we wanted was another round of drinks, including water. We had to order it on their app. We eventually moved to the dining area, where we experienced better customer service. Overall, it was a good experience, and I will definitely come back again. “I had such a great time at Topgolf! The atmosphere was fun and energetic, perfect for a out with friends. The staff was friendly and made everything easy from check-in to ordering. “I remember coming to this driving range as a kid. They've done a lot to make it modern. We had reservations on the second bay. There are tons of games to choose from. It's kind of like Lucky strike but for golf. They even brought out junior clubs for my kids. Our bay was reserved for 90 minutes and we ordered lunch and a couple of drinks.
