“I honestly can’t say enough good things about Topgolf King of Prussia. My friend and I were originally supposed to go to a Philadelphia Phillies game that night, but after it got canceled, we were trying to figure out something fun to do so the night wasn’t a waste. We decided to head to Topgolf, and looking back, it honestly turned what could’ve been a disappointing night into one of the best spontaneous nights we’ve had in a while. The first thing that stood out was how accommodating and professional the staff was. We had originally reserved our bay for 10 PM, but we ended up arriving around 7 PM just to see if there was any chance we could get in early. Not only were the staff understanding, but they actually got us in right away without any hassle. That alone immediately set the tone for the night because a lot of places would’ve just told us to come back at our reservation time. From the moment we checked in, the customer service was top tier. Everyone we interacted with had a great attitude, was welcoming, and genuinely made us feel like they wanted us there. Since it had been a little while since I last played, they took the time to explain the games, scoring, rules, and how everything worked without making us feel rushed or like we were asking dumb questions. That kind of patience and professionalism goes a long way. Once we got settled in, the service at our table was seriously impressive. Anytime we needed drinks, food, extra help, or had a question, someone was there fast. We never felt ignored, never had to wait forever, and the staff stayed attentive throughout the whole night. You can tell they really care about giving people a good experience instead of just pushing customers through. The atmosphere itself was amazing too. The facility is huge, clean, organized, and has such a fun energy. Whether you’re actually into golf or just there to hang out with friends, it’s the kind of place where anyone can have a great time. The bays are comfortable, the technology makes the games competitive and fun, and the overall vibe makes it easy to lose track of time. What started off as a backup plan after our Phillies game got canceled ended up becoming the highlight of our night. That says a lot. Great customer service, great staff, fast service, awesome atmosphere, and just an all-around memorable experience. I’d 100% recommend Topgolf King of Prussia to anyone looking for a fun night out with friends, family, or even a date night. We’ll definitely be back. Easy 5/5.” — Reviewer., rated 4 out of 5 on Google (2 months ago)

“I had an excellent experience with Gregory at Topgolf King of Prussia. From the start, they were friendly, patient, and genuinely focused on helping my friends and I improve our game. They broke down our swing in a way that was easy to understand and gave practical tips we could apply immediately. What stood out most was their ability to tailor the lesson to our skill level and his patience. Whether it was fixing our grip, improving our stance, or helping with consistency, every piece of advice felt personalized and effective. They also made the session fun and encouraging, which made a big difference in our confidence. We walked away feeling more comfortable with our swing and actually excited to keep practicing. Highly recommend working with Gregory if you’re looking to improve your golf skills in a relaxed, supportive and fun environment.” — Fudia Bangura, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (2 months ago)

“Visited Topgolf after attending a CAI Keystone event across the street at the Valley Forge Casino Resort as it was the perfect way to wrap up the day. Brought a few clients & partners to relax, unwind, & enjoy a few hours of golf games, food, & cocktails. Lucked out with bays at the end so we weren't too loud for the other guests and the weather was just comfortable enough for real conversation and connection. Service was quick & attentive from start to finish. Games were easy enough to jump into for both seasoned golfers and beginners. An ideal spot for informal networking, team gatherings, or just a relaxed evening after an event nearby. Certainly a go-to option for future client events in the area.” — Chris at Lemus Construction, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (2 months ago)

“I visited Topgolf King of Prussia and had an overall average experience. The place is fun for hanging out, but there are a few issues. Drink prices aren’t listed on the menu, which was frustrating. Service was slower than expected, and the food was below average. It’s still a decent spot for entertainment, but there’s definitely room for improvement.” — Volkan Kirimlioglu, rated 3 out of 5 on Google (2 months ago)

“The place is awesome BUT BEWARE and carefully review your final bill! Made an online reservation and reservation fee was required. When I paid my final bill onsite, I failed to notice that my reservation fee was not deducted. I called the following day and the live agent was able to locate my record. I was transferred to the "admin" but didnt get hold of anyone. Tried again for a few days and no luck. Fundamentally, the principle is --- the reservation fee is required hence, it should be automatically deducted from final bill. At the end of the day, if reservation fee of at least 3% of just 70% of the full capacity daily booking is not being returned/deducted from final booking, it's quite a principle!” — pnuqsb, rated 2 out of 5 on Google (5 months ago)
