“I wasn’t going to write a review because I’ve been here many times in the past and enjoyed it, but my last two experiences have been bad enough that I don’t think I’ll be back. Yesterday my sister went with her friends and she had made a prepaid appointment, and the lady at the counter made them all show their ids to make sure they were all over 18 (they’re in college) and because one person didn’t have their id, she wouldn’t let them play and wouldn’t refund the reservation. And last time I was there, we pre booked two bays for our family, and they charged us like a $100 fee to do that that we didn’t realize, but if we had done walk in we could’ve requested two bays next to each other. They wouldn’t take off the fee. And then we had someone running behind who had made the reservation and they ran the time off the reservation and we couldn’t play until they got there. They did give us back the missed time but my grandma had to complain and ask for a manager. The manager was very nice to do that though because I understand we had booked a time slot. I think she just didn’t realize an appointment meant you had to start right away. The time before I went, I did walk in and I walked in at like 11:50 and the guy didn’t come to us to check us in until like 12:01 and we got charged the higher rate for the time because the timer didn’t start right away then, so it felt a bit annoying that the policy wasn’t flexible at all when you book ahead. The second thing was just an annoying inconvenience, but it still rubbed me the wrong way a bit when it’s already expensive to visit. But yesterday kicking out and not refunding because one person out of a large party didn’t have their id to prove they were 18 seems insane. I guess the rule is if someone isn’t at least 21, then everyone in the party has to prove they are 18. My mom called corporate and got a refund from them. Too expensive to deal with extra headaches. “I had such an amazing time here! From start to finish, the experience was so much fun. The golf setup made it easy for everyone to join in, no matter the skill level, and hitting balls out into the colorful targets under the night lights was such a blast. The food was delicious the wings were perfectly seasoned and crispy, the nachos were loaded and full of flavor, and everything paired so well with the refreshing drinks. The cocktails were vibrant, balanced, and served with a fun presentation that made the evening even better.What really stood out to me was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. It’s that extra bit of hospitality that really elevates the whole outing. “I was excited to do this for my birthday. I have been interested in trying Topgolf for years. We did everything online through their app which made it easier when we arrived. They just told us our bay number and we went outside to find our area. Everything is done now through their computer system. We just started playing and a waitress arrived to take our orders. We got the golf club alcohol drink with glow lights. Delicious! We played Sonic and Angry Birds golf games. After 10:00 p.m. on the weekends They have a DJ and it's cheaper I think like $40 per Bay.
