“Yesterday we visited Top Golf for my nieces 9th birthday. We paid for our hour, added extra time, total 6 adults and 2 children. In addition to the rental space we ordered food and cocktails. Our total revenue spend was easily $300-400. While we were still eating we were asked to leave and give up the bay for others. While we certainly understand the logic behind this on a busy weekend, it was Tuesday afternoon. There were empty bays everywhere! To feel like we were getting kicked out is unacceptable and reflects poorly on management and training of staff on guest interactions. “It was fun but very expensive. Food was okay but had a 3 inch hair in my queso dip. Lots of traffic but you do have your own area that others are not supposed to enter. There was an elderly gentleman came into our booth to look at our clubs. Our server, Lee was on the spot to redirect him. “It is good place to learn golf but can get little expensive as well. Book a booth online especially on weekends because wait time can be more than 2 hours. Their wings and pizza are pretty good. “We went to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it’s one of our favorite places. We’ve been there several times and always enjoy the friendly atmosphere and great service, but this time was truly exceptional. Deacon went above and beyond, he was so friendly, attentive, and kind. “A fun family activity for all ages. I like the online reservation system for efficient visits. Service was great with attentive/knowledgeable staff. Food was on pub derived and festive.
