“I am a beginner golfer and the LTPG 2.0 class has been great. It gets you out on the course with the Pro John Doria in a small group setting. I’m am taking 30 minute weekly lessons with him to which focus on my swing and not starting bad habits. Well worth it!” — Nancy Wittenburg, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (3 weeks ago)

“I've been taking golf lessons with John, and I can't recommend him enough. When I first started, I lacked confidence and felt overwhelmed by all the moving parts of the golf swing. John has a way of breaking everything down into simple, easy-to-understand steps that actually make sense. He's patient, knowledgeable, and knows how to teach without making you feel intimidated. The biggest difference I've noticed isn't just in my swing—it's in my confidence. My game has improved significantly, I'm making better contact, hitting more consistent shots, and most importantly, I'm enjoying golf so much more. If you're new to golf or looking to take your game to the next level, John is absolutely worth working with. He's helped me improve faster than I thought possible, and every lesson leaves me feeling more confident than the last. Highly recommend!” — Kaylee Watts, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (a month ago)

“This isn’t personal, I’m not mad. Golf courses can struggle to keep greens, it’s hard work. But I just want golfers to know you’re spending $112 on a Saturday for greens that all look like this. It is 5/16/26. And a temp green on 9. Bandit, if you want to rectify this you probably should just own it and offer 20% off or something in good faith. Pace of play wasn’t awful like I’ve seen in other reviews.” — Garrett D, rated 3 out of 5 on Google (a month ago)

“Spent the day golfing in New Braunfels, Texas and checking out another great local spot. This course was challenging, fun, and beautifully maintained, and everything was run very smoothly even on a busy day. One of the things I love about working in and around New Braunfels and the San Antonio area is the lifestyle — great golf, outdoor spaces, and strong communities. Getting out and experiencing these places firsthand is one of the best parts of what I do. Played at The Bandit Golf Club and will definitely be back.” — Tiffany Gill-Teich, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (6 months ago)

“Super fun and challenging course, definitely keeps you on your toes. It’s really well maintained. I played it during the winter, so it was pretty dry, but that’s just the season. Shoutout to the beverage cart service, top notch. Every time I called, they sent it right away, and throughout the round I saw it multiple times. That’s how it should be done.” — Santiago Nales, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (a year ago)
