I am there regularly to not only work on the golf game, but also to socialize with other golfers and amazing staff. They have a full bar/kitchen with great service, Mason and Remy have helped us the last few times we’ve visited with setting up the simulator and offering us food and beverages! “I went to the Westbrook location tonight, mind you I golf here at least once a week with family friends and co workers. I was on simulator #2 which is in pretty rough shape as far as seeing anything while putting. That aside I have to say I’ve never had bad service here until tonight. Mason and Remy never once asked if we want are drinks refilled. They decided to both have their dinner at the same time so no one was at the bar to serve you. At one point the golfers next to us asked us how are service was and I think it is pretty apparent what my response was. They told me they were having the same issues. I have not had a bad experience here until tonight. My suggestion is call and find out who is working before you go. Oh almost forgot we were on the 18th putting when the screened locked out and their response was there was nothing they could do your time is up. I understand if people were waiting but know one was up behind us. “Make sure you have a confirmation number and reservation before you go. I called as the app wasn’t responding and was told he had a. Opening from 315 to 345 and I said I am on my way . Drove all the way down there ( 1/2 hr drive) and told me he rented to someone else and explanation was it was a mistake but offered no compensation for making me waste an hour of drive time. Very poor customer service and mistakes happen but he should have offered a free hr or anything rather than sorry I made A mistake . I had used this place for last several years but will likely change to a place that honors what they say.my friends have been saying x golf is better anyway so from now on I will go there.
