“This place started out as something that seemed too good to be true. Me and my family decided to book 2 hours and give the simulator a try. We were one hour in, and it stopped and canceled are game. We called the customer service and they put me on hold for 30+ minutes (because there are no employees on sight) I looked at the receipt and they charged me for two hours.
