“Avoid This Place…Toxic Ownership & Zero Customer Service…If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Salmon Creek Indoor Golf Club has state-of-the-art Trackman simulators, but that’s where the "state-of-the-art" experience ends. The facility is completely overshadowed by the owner, Bob, who is, to put it bluntly, a total jerk. I’ve never encountered someone so condescending and offensive. Instead of creating a welcoming environment for golfers to work on their game, Bob treats paying customers like they’re an inconvenience. He has a massive chip on his shoulder and zero "people skills." If you have a question about the tech or a simple booking issue, expect to be met with an attitude that makes you feel like you're stepping into his personal living room uninvited. The $75/hour non-member rate is steep enough as it is, but it’s an absolute rip-off when you have to deal with Bob’s hostility. He’s more interested in being "right" than being professional. It’s clear he doesn’t care about the community or building a loyal customer base…he just wants your money while making you feel small. Save your time, your sanity, and your hard-earned cash. There are plenty of other places in the area where the owners actually respect their patrons. Stay away until this place is under new management. “My dad and I tried it out last weekend for the first time and had a ton of fun. The Trackman setup and software is top tier. I have gone to other golf sims (X-golf, etc) and the tech here is far superior in my opinion. James the owner met us there and helped us get set up to play. Really nice guy and a great experience. As for the simulator I have to say even amongst the many club and ball data points it captures, the coolest thing to me was the slow motion video capture of the club impacting the ball.
