“Apparently if your kids do not play on one of the RA travel teams they do not care about helping coach/teach them new skills or better the skills they already have. (Even if you pay and sign up for the coaching slots they provide) I have taken my son there twice now. The first was the one in Westville , IN that looked confused/annoyed that we were even there (again…paid and signed up for). The other was just today at the one off 49 in Valparaiso, IN that the coach who we signed up for his one on one pitching lessons decided not to show. When one of the other coaches there got ahold of the owner he said there was nothing he could do but to refund our money. Very unprofessional way to run a business! “We drove 30 minutes for my son’s pitching lesson, after he had already spent an hour warming up and getting himself ready and excited. And for what? The coach, David Byard, never showed up. No call. No message. Nothing. The owner was made aware of this situation, and has not bothered to reach out to apologize. This is beyond unprofessional. It’s completely disorganized, and the communication is trash. The biggest disappointment isn’t even the wasted time and gas, it’s what it did to my son. He left feeling discouraged, embarrassed, and let down after being so excited to learn. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company to anyone. “Very unorganized! Zero accountability! Coaches DONT show up for SCHEDULED practices!!! This place WASTED our time, money, and gas! They are refusing to release our son’s name so we can join a travel team that actually knows what they are doing. They should be embarrassed to call themselves a travel baseball team! “This my 2nd softball off-season with my daughter. Chris and the folks at Right Approach have a lot to offer when it comes to getting ready for youth sports or just maintaining a fitness level. We personally use the batting cages and enroll in 2 to 3 fitness classes a week. Its a great setup where you can go on their app and book your cage times and the classes of your choice each week.
