“If you're reading this, you may be in the same situation I was in - no experience owning a golf sim and overwhelmed by all the choices available. Fortunately for me, I have a friend who has a golf sim and when I asked him where he purchased his setup, he said "Rain or Shine Golf. I've had my sim for several years and any time I have a question or issue, they are always quick to respond and know what they're doing." With that, I decided to go to Rain or Shine. I experienced another fortunate situation when I contacted them - I was being helped by Oliver. Oliver spent hours talking with me about which package to buy, pros and cons of each, ease of setup and most important, a promise to always help whenever I needed it. Armed with this knowledge and confidence about service after the sale (many companies tout that but few genuinely follow through), I purchased a package from Rain or Shine. After everything arrived, I began assembly and if there was something confusing about it, Oliver was available to help explain. Once I was up and running, Oliver "remoted" into my system and quickly, efficiently and thoroughly set up all the configurations, parameters, etc, for both the ProTee VX and the GSPro interface. In the months since, I have experienced several self created issues (inadvertently changing parameters, projector settings and so forth) and Oliver has always responded quickly and efficiently. Additionally, I am pleasantly surprised with the patience Oliver has always shown when helping me. It's never an "Oh no, not him again" attitude; rather, he is always extremely knowledgable, cheerful and friendly. Each and every time I thank him for his help (which has been countless times), he responds, "You're welcome, that's what we're here for." “Wish I would have came here first before placing my order. Order #RS55351 was placed over a week ago and no shipping information has been provided. Emailed twice with no response. It’s like they just stole my money. At this point it’s probably better to request a refund and order through a different company. Edit: this is the same response I’ve seen in several reviews. Very copy paste. And people said after talking to the owner their “back ordered item” magically shipped the next day. If the company would port on their site that the item was on back order I would have never attempted to order through them.
