“Really enjoy coming to this place to get some golfing in. Simulators do a great job of explaining how your shot is along with speed, angles, etc. Masks are worn until you get to your booth so I can fully enjoy breathing while golfing unlike X golf. Owner named Shawn also offers lessons and from what I’ve heard from people who took them they have improved significantly. “Extremely happy with this indoor golf facility. It is very spacious, absolutely love the high speed cameras to view pre/post-impact, and I feel is very accurate. Short game takes some time to get used to but that is to be expected with any simulator. The staff has been incredible with every visit and very accommodating in these unprecedented times. “Very disappointed in Premier Sports Simulators lack of response and willingness to work with me in regards to my group golfer vouchers. After numerous calls and texts I will now be disputing the charges on my credit card to receive a full refund. Response to the owner on September 22, 2020: Sean... In case you hadn’t heard, the southern portion of Michigan was on lockdown for a Pandemic from March 16th until early June. The voucher expired during the quarantine. I reached out at the end of June once things started to open up and was told I could have a 2 week extension w/ limited times even though I had lost out on over 6 weeks due to Covid-19 lockdown. I was also told that I could take the vouchers to Premier Sports and use them at any time if I chose to. I then drove over a half hour each way to Premier Sports Simulators to set up an appointment in person and the building had a sign that stated it was temporarily closed. In the parking lot, I called the phone number that was posted on the door where this simulator is located and the voicemail stated that they were temporarily closed and did not know when they were to reopen. This same voicemail lasted through the month of August when I tried to call again. I saved all of the text messages and voicemails that show when I called and the lack of response from Sean when I did not book a time in the 2 week allotted window he gave me to use. I was unable to book during that timeframe due to prior commitments and stated that to him directly. I finally received a voicemail from Sean on August 24th and it stated that I could use my Group Golfer Voucher if I bought another hour of simulator time from Premier Sports. Now that’s customer Service!!! You can have the hours you paid for if you pay for more hours! In the end, I gave up, and decided to write this to prevent others from having the same issues.
