“DO NOT GOLF HERE!! Absolutely the most horrendous experience. Watch out for the bald guy on a power trip. They will rush you! Then when you try to speed it up they will have a problem too. Golfing my whole life never experienced such awful service. Take your money to Randall oaks! This place is disgusting! Only good thing is the bartender and cart girls. “We hosted our school fundraiser event at Pinecrest Golf Club, and once again, they exceeded every expectation. This was actually our third event there, which says a lot about how wonderful they are to work with year after year. Year after year, Hayley was absolutely amazing to coordinate with — organized, responsive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in helping make our event successful. Planning a large fundraiser comes with countless moving parts, and she consistently made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. The on-site staff was equally impressive. Every single person we encountered was kind, professional, attentive, and extremely helpful throughout the evening. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and it was clear they truly care about creating a great experience for guests and event hosts alike. The venue itself is beautiful, clean, organized, and very well maintained. Everything felt efficient, polished, and professionally run from start to finish. “Wedding Venue Review: September 20th, 2024 Pros: Cost, Communication, Venue Coordinator, Food, Bar, Staff, Stunning grounds for photographs Cons: Not 1 single con. Have your wedding here - you won't regret it Where to begin...I'll start with the most amazing venue coordinator you could ask for - Hayley. From the first meeting my Husband and I had with Hayley about booking Pinecrest for our wedding we knew we were in the best hands. Hayley walked us through every detail and we quickly found out just how much she is willing, and delighted, to do to make our wedding special. This care followed through all the way up until the day of the wedding! Hayley was incredibly communicative throughout the planning process, and she set up AND took down all of our decor. We truly did not have to lift a finger and she made the reception look absolutely fabulous. The food...our guests are still talking about how amazing dinner was. Mark and the kitchen staff did a fabulous job with all of the food for our wedding. We thought that our tasting when we selected our meals was good? It was somehow BETTER the night of our wedding. I don't know how they did it, but the mashed potatoes and the white fish - I still dream about it. We also had quite a few dietary restrictions, gluten-free and vegan, and Mark and his team happily worked with us to make sure our guests were provided gluten-free and vegan versions of the meals that we selected! The bar? Equally as fabulous. We threw out the idea of adding a signature drink and Hayley and Mark were ON it. We gave them a recipe we enjoyed of a French 75 and they were more than happy to include it. The bar was packed with pretty much everything you could ask for, and the bartenders were so fun and kind. We truly had the best time with them. I've been to Pinecrest before so I already knew it was a beautiful course, but our photographs turned out even better than I had hoped. It was a beautiful day surrounded by beautiful scenery and the most amazing people. We used all local vendors - venue, DJ, Photographer, and they turned out to all know each other so of course they worked FABULOUSLY together. I would HIGHLY recommend this amazing team. I could go on forever about how perfect our wedding was, and it could not have happened without Hayley, Mark, and all of the Pinecrest staff.
