“Ice cream, a short-game tune-up, and a water hazard the size of a small lake — honestly, it’s basically a TOUR stop with sprinkles. The standout feature here isn’t the mini golf or even the ice cream. It’s the driving range, where every shot is launched toward floating island targets scattered across a massive pond. Think less “local muni warm-up bucket” and more “risk-reward par 3 at THE PLAYERS.” They somehow recover all the balls from the water, though the operation remains a mystery worthy of a rules official investigation. And unlike your standard range — definitely not your typical strip-mall setup up the road — this place adds a little pressure to every swing. Miss your line, and your ball is taking a swim. When we were there, a flock of ducks had posted up right in the landing area. “Love this place, I always leave with a smile on my face. Easy to get to (if you know where it is). Recent updates: new parking lot, and multiple enclosed simulator studio rooms. Staff and pro are friendly and helpful. The driving range has heated-covered & open hitting bays. The matts are appropriately cushioned and kept are in great shape. There are various distance targets on land as well as floating islands on the pond. The balls float; hence they are not accurate relative to a real golf ball, but you get to see them splash if you miss the island. There is quite an extensive pro-shop with refreshments, merchandise & services worthy of a top golf course pro-shop. “We love Paradise family golf. It’s sort of hidden off 114, by the gas station entrance you take the road all the way down to the back. The mini golf is always a favorite. The times we’ve been there it’s been clean, friendly staff and the ice cream is good also. They have a pond with koi fish and sell fish food for .50 cents each so the kiddos can feed them. They have restrooms in the store and they also sell food and candy. (We weren’t big fans of the chicken tenders and hot food, it just seemed to be warmed up and the chicken wasn’t crunchy it felt mushy). “A little more then what we are use to seeing at home for the cost of mini golf but well worth it. The course is well kept and well designed making it a fun yet challenging course that can be enjoyed by any level. Our 4 years old even got several hole in two on the course. There are a few groupons for this place if you plan to get ice cream as well. We also greatly enjoyed the koi pond.
