“This place is closed for Good. The lights are on but nobody's home. I was told by security that they are closed for good” — Gary Pergeson, rated 2 out of 5 on Google (2 months ago)
“We came in hoping to play some golf, have some food, and enjoy a few drinks. There were literally zero customers, yet the front desk person completely ignored us. They were on the phone when we walked in, and not once did they pause, acknowledge us, or offer any kind of greeting. We stood right next to the front kiosk waiting, and eventually decided to walk out. Even then, the staff didn’t say bye, thanks, or anything at all. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that I’ve been here before with Asian friends, and the service was completely different—friendly, attentive, and overall a good time. That contrast is the reason I bring up the concern that this place may be biased toward non-Asian customers. Today, we didn’t feel welcomed whatsoever. It’s unfortunate because the venue has potential, but the lack of basic acknowledgment and the inconsistency in treatment really stood out. Hopefully they work on offering the same level of service to all customers, regardless of background.” — Luis Almeida, rated 1 out of 5 on Google (7 months ago)
“Went there last night and had a great time!!! Cold beer, several huge screens that had football and kick boxing playing and afterwards, we played pool, darts and golf! It was so much fun but the BEST part was Jabez!!!! Friendly, hands on, checked on us without being too pushy and it was clear that he hoped that we would enjoy ourselves! as Games and the beer were great but Jabez took it to the next tier!!! Olympic Golf Zone is very lucky to have such an exemplary employee!!!! Thank you Jabez!!! We’ll be back!!!” — A Kim, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (9 months ago)
“I visited Olympic golf zone to hit some golf balls with a couple buddies and OGZ couldn’t be a better place to relax and play some virtual golf with great service. Very friendly atmosphere with attentive staff at a very decent price. The food was delicious and they serve a generous amount. There are HUUUGE tv screens playing every sporting event there it. Loved it and we will definitely be back 🙌🙌🙌” — Dongyoung Kang, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (11 months ago)
“Olympic Golf Zone has a lot of potential. The space is large, stylish, and filled with activities like screen golf, pool tables, and a full bar. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed, and it feels like a place that could easily become a favorite hangout spot for many. The biggest issue is the service. It often feels unorganized and inattentive. Customers have to go ask multiple times just to place an order, and there is very little engagement from the staff. It seems like no one is really checking in on guests or making sure things are running smoothly. This is especially disappointing because everything else about the place works so well. With just a little more attention to customer service and floor management, it could be incredibly successful. The space, the concept, and the vibe are all there. It just needs more care in how it’s run. If you plan to play golf here, making a reservation is highly recommended. I truly hope they improve the service, because this place has everything it needs to be amazing.” — Ginie Lee, rated 2 out of 5 on Google (a year ago)
