“I was honestly surprised by this place—and not in a good way. This isn’t really a modern “virtual golf experience.” The simulators feel seriously outdated compared to newer indoor golf venues, and the overall setup just doesn’t stack up to what’s available today. Service is basically nonexistent. You check in and are pointed to a bay—no walkthrough, no help getting set up, no explanation of the system. If you’re not already familiar with their software, you’re on your own. Staff seem disengaged, often just on their phones. There’s also zero atmosphere. No bar, no real drink options, not even a simple place to grab a beer or soft drink. It feels more like walking into a sporting goods store to hit a few balls than going out to enjoy a round of golf. What’s most surprising is the price—it’s about 20% higher than newer, far more advanced simulator venues that actually deliver an experience. To be fair, it’s a large space and probably fine if you’re just looking to get fitted for clubs or hit balls. “Recently got fit for clubs by Max. It was a great experience, Max knows the ins and outs of all the brands he carries. They have it all Ping, Taylormade, Mizuno, Titleist, and even Miura (along with even more). I feel like a lot of fitting sessions just turn into a sales pitch. This was not at all my experience Max definitely knows his stuff, even more so than fitters at a private club I used to belong too. If you’re looking to get new clubs Max is your guy. “Got a recommendation from a friend so decided to give them a shot for my fitting and it was a great decision. First the place is amazing bays tech gear, all amazing. Second Max was awesome. He was knowledgeable and a great guy. Hard combo to find together. Had a great time getting fitted and learning some of the science behind it all. “Came in on the fly to “dial in my distances”. Associate Chase was super friendly, and helpful as soon as I walked in the door. He set me up with a bay within minutes of arrival, and gave me tremendous tips to help fix my atrocious swing. Within a few minutes I found significant improvement in my swing, and I would like to thank and acknowledge Chase for that. Beyond pleased I chose to stop by this evening, and even more pleased with the game changing service I received!
