“I've been a loyal customer of this spot since they were up the road in the scrappy strip mall place. I buy multiple carts/dabs on most every visit. I finally have a cart that doesn't work and I am unable to make it work. I go in and there is a new girl (I haven't dealt with before) and she said the cart is JUST OUTSIDE the 48hrs. Seeiously??? After years of loyalty and NO RETURNS, you're sticking me with a FRESH $30 cart that doesn't work??? Hope the $30 is worth my business. I'll take my money and loyalty somewhere else. Enjoy your $30. “I have visited here about one time a week for two months now. I havent had a bad experience. My wife got the wrong products and was able to walk back inside and exchange them for something else. That in itself is something most shops in WA wont even do. The employees are always helpful. I forgot the brand I liked an had to ask a worker to help with finding it. She looked on computer under my name and lead me to the correct product. “I visited earlier tonight for probably the second or third time. I’m usually not out this way but love stopping because I love the atmosphere of this dispensary! But, tonight was odd. I was kindly greeted at the door, and very politely welcomed by the girl behind the counter. She was very kind and patient with me. As she was helping me, more customers started to flow in but nobody else came out to help her. This poor girl looked at the line and still remained calm and attentive to our transaction. I don’t know if I wouldn’t been able to do that myself. She deserves a raise for that!
