“Went in to try the place for my birthday. Took 2 people to setup the machine and about a half hour. The facility is beautiful. My backswing only hit the wall once. When I asked about some of the specifics of the setup they had I was told they didnt know. At the end when we were asked to leave since it was closing, we were informed that we were charged from when we walked in the door. So the half hour that they setup the machine and we couldn't play we got charged for that. So be mindful if they take awhile to setup you will be charged to stand there. Responding to the owner: I arrived at your business around 345, I know it was 345 becuase I was leaving my house when I got a call from a friend asking where we were at 330 and we were leaving my home. When we arrived we were taking to the booth and again the facility is very nice, bays are a little small but thats personal preference. From there we asked that we just start playing and requested a corse, then all our names were put in and tees adjusted wrong, to fix it everyone's information was removed when the corse was exited, then it took more time to find the corse again, reenter our information and start. First shot was at a 90° angle to the dorection I hit causing the system to have to be recalibrate and all our information to be entered again. First shot again, and as I was walking back saw 415 on the clock. All was good until 6 when they closed, and we were told we started at 345, so the half hour of calibrating, finding the corse, entering our information we were charged for. As far as the technicals of the launch monitor that was curiosity from me wondering if there was a specific camera array or radar or something that set it apart from the others, I didnt however expect no real idea other than price point being the deciding factor. All and all, not bad. Not having room to truly finish a swing and being charged that 30 mins just rubbed me wrong so I wont be back.” — Brian Jackson, rated 1 out of 5 on Google (6 months ago)

“Incredibly rude staff. The elder man working demanded my wife move our car from the lot adjacent to the local health food store - in the most rude, abrasive way. My small children were in the car to witness this scene that he created. He all but threatened my wife. We are locals who have shopped in town for years. His tone was unacceptable and after I entered the store, it appeared that he was a coward who tried to assert dominance. My family - avid golfers - will never frequent this establishment in the future. His customer service is so sub-par that other local businesses have even shared the same sentiment - "that the new(er) owner is unkind, unfriendly, rude, and abrasive."” — Benjamin Earle, rated 1 out of 5 on Google (10 months ago)

“If you love to play golf and want somewhere to go when it's raining, cold or just a nasty day, or even if you don't want to play in the heat this is the place to come! The staff is very informative and friendly. Can't beat any other place for the welcoming atmosphere.” — Jacqueline Fay, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (11 months ago)
