“I've been to this sim twice now, and am very glad it's so close by. Having been to a million different sims this one stands out as my favorite in the area. It's a sim for Golfer's to practice and less of a "resturaunt that also has simulators" feel. It has the best tech (the new trackmans that mount of the ceilings) and has a nice premium feel to it. It's less like a place to take a first date and more like a place for a golf-obsessed person to practice. I really like that. My suggestions would be: -Background music, it's a little quiet in there and having some music on (softly) would improve the experience. -Front desk worker to wrap things up. Both times I went, the bay I was going to be using still had people in it. I think the front desk worker should go to the bay and tell the group it's time to leave and reset the bay instead of just having me go and awkwardly stand behind the bay until the group leaves.” — Brian B, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (2 months ago)

“To be fair, this is more of a 3.5-star experience. The facility itself is great, and the actual experience playing there has always been good. Sim golf takes a little getting used to and will never replace real golf, but it’s definitely fun. My issue is very specific: payments and refunds. Any time there’s been a billing issue, I’m told only the owner (Chris) can handle it. The place has no problem taking your money, but when you need a refund, it’s “sorry, no can do. We have to call Chris,” and then you don’t hear back. The first time it was about $40, so I let it go. The second time was much bigger. I canceled a membership after a week (never used it) and was told I wouldn’t be charged. Two weeks later, I get an invoice for $380. I went in and was told that it shouldn’t have happened—but only Chris could fix it. To be clear, the employee I spoke with (Josh) was helpful and this isn’t on him. But you can’t run a business where staff can charge customers but can’t resolve or refund mistakes. That’s a management issue and a poorly designed system. As of now, I haven’t been charged yet, but the invoice suggests it’s coming. Josh helped by removing my card from my account, because their app wouldn’t allow me to, so we’ll see if that helps. The fact that I don’t even know whether I’m about to be charged for something that was canceled is part of the problem though. Once they fix that process, I’d gladly bump this up to 4–5 stars. Until then, I’d be cautious with billing and bring cash. UPDATE: This has all since been resolved. There was an issue that had led to me having two memberships created for me, and that’s why I was invoiced even after I canceled my membership. Chris called me and was helpful in ensuring my membership was truly canceled now and that I wouldn’t be charged the $380. He also confirmed that the $40 dollars I thought I was never refunded was actually refunded, which I somehow missed, so I actually benefited in this whole situation and received a free hour of time. So this place gets an easy five stars from me now.” — Christian Galacar, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (3 months ago)

“I've been a couple of times now and the experience is fantastic. On one trip, I brought my kids. On another, I brought my father-in-law. The technology is great, the facility is clean and new, and the staff is super friendly and helping. It's a very welcoming place whether you've been playing golf for years or are new to the sport.” — Dan Donato, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (4 months ago)
