“Not sure if I was talking to the owner but if It was… then this place won’t last long with that passive aggressive attitude. Go spend your money at a business that actually respects customers. This place is a dump. Nothing works properly, over priced, and cages are out of service. I’ve been here 3 times in the last year… cages never worked. “Terrible customer service. Was told I could choose any bay and 5 minutes into the session we were told we can’t golf in the bay we were in because it was reserved. There was no sign stating that the bay was reserved and she mentioned that it must have fallen off. Paid for a large bucket and the driver came back to talk to the faculty to see how we can go about this and the guy I spoke to basically said to wait until a bay becomes available.. I asked for them to just refund me. They partially refunded me I was there for 10 minutes paid around $36 and he gave me $23 back.
