“1st time going to this place. It was Saturday afternoon to watch Switzerland world cup. Sat at bar. The barmaid was very polite. “Firmly mediocre food. Went for lunch right at noon and should have known by how slow they were. Waitress also took forever to come to table and after we got food which also took forever to come out, we never saw her again til 10 minutes after we had been ready for the check. Burgers were super over seasoned, and not cooked to the ordered doneness. The egg on mine was over cooked to over hard and the sauce on top tasted like just straight hot sauce when it was described on menu as something else. The bacon was under cooked and just regular bacon, it was supposed to be some sort of brown sugar candied bacon. Spinach dip was bland and basically flavorless, most likely came out of a bag of pre made dip. Claimed on menu they make the chips in house, there is no way on earth these chips were house made, they were 100 percent out of a store bought bag. “Food was good. Had the pulled pork nachos. I thought the pork was gonna be shredded but it was chunky, still tastes good though. Service was OK. The waitress wasnt very knowledgeable so she couldn’t answer many of our questions. It was bingo night which was cool but the host kinda sucked. “Loft 18 is a great place for food, drinks, and fun. I have been several times, and each time is a great experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Jadyn, who was our server, recommended various food options - all of which were incredible! She was also very attentive to our entire group (8 people total), as well as the surrounding groups and this place was packed! With great menu items, multiple simulator games, and incredible staff, Loft 18 is an easy choice to keep you entertained rain or shine.
