“The traditional bar food was good. We got several appetizers (buffalo dip, spinach dips, etc) they were all good. The pasta dish was pretty good too. However the gumbo and fish really need work. At the very least the description of the gumbo needs to change. It says dark roux. Mine was the color of etoufe at best with a reddish color to it. “We did go during a fairly busy period, but the service was not great. I'm very serious when I think their food is sources from Walmart. We tried a couple things on the menu and neither of us were even slightly impressed. If the food was better this place would have been really cool though. “My first visit and all I can say was wow. Not sure what I enjoyed the most the food the service or the atmosphere. The waitress Emily was absolutely perfect 5⭐️ the food was the same fresh and hot and soo tasty. The shift manager Adrian can to our table and made us feel like home we talked as if we grew up together. “SERVICE WAS NOT THE BEST. WE WERE IMMEDIATELY SEATED, THE WAITRESS TOOK ABOUT 10 MINUTES BEFORE MAKING HER WAY TO OUR TABLE. KEKE WAS THE SERVER AND I BELIEVE ADRIAN WAS MANAGER I DEALT WITH. THE APPETIZERS WERE SHAKY, THE SPINACH DIP WAS WATERY (I CAN TELL THEY USED FROZEN SPINACH), THE BUFFALO SPINACH DIP HAD CLUMPS OF CREAM CHEESE OR SOUR CREAM NOT SURE WHICH ONE. ORDERED THE BUKU FRIES TO REPLACE THOSE WHICH WAS PRETTY GOOD ( ONLY THAT WOULD HAVE MADE IT BETTER WAS IF THEY FRIES WERE FRESHLY COOKED.) HAD TO ASK ANOTHER SERVER FOR NAPKINS AND UTENSILS BECAUSE OUR SERVER NEVER BROUGHT OR OFFERED EITHER, ALSO HAD TO REQUEST REFILLS WHILE WAITING FOR THE FOOD, THE SERVER CAME BACK AND ASKED WERE WE READY FOR THE TICKET, I ADVISED HER THAT WE HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE FOOD BUT PLEASE BRING THE TICKET. ONCE RECEIVING THE FOOD....THINGS CONTINUED TO GO FURTHER DOWN HILL. I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION IT WAS TAKING SO LONG (25-30 MINUTES) DUE TO ME ASKING FOR A WELL DONE BURGER, UPON BITING THE BURGER IT WAS EVERYTHING BUT WELL DONE. WITH THIS I SPOKE WITH MANAGEMENT AGAIN, HE DID OFFER TO PLACE IT BACK ON THE GRILL, WHICH I JUST REQUESTED THE TICKET, AT THE POINT I WAS BEYOND DISAPPOINTED PAID THE TICKET AND LEFT.
