“We reserved the bay for 2 hours. First they didn't have tees to hit off that weren't tore up. We had trouble with the computer locking up for 20 minutes. She wouldn't extend the time or give a discount for the trouble. I understand if the next scheduled time is taken but then give the customer a discount. “I had a great experience. Gordy was awesome! Frist of all. He was professional and knowledgeable. He asks a lot of questions to figure out what is best for you. I did an iron fitting with him. It was a 7 iron and then a little bit with a driver. He doesn't try to sell you anything extra than what you need and helped me out with some things during my club fitting. “What a fun place to enjoy in Beloit WI! We had a great time playing a variety of games on the screen. From zombies to sports they had a great selection. The staff was great, helpful and attentive. “After getting fitted at a big box store and not being happy with the results I called Ironworks for a second opinion. I should have just started there in the first place. Dillon was great. He guided me to the right clubs without telling me what to buy and explained the process as we went along.
