“These guys are amazing! It was my fault that they did not send some of the right parts for my application. But when I called about it, they didn’t even blink and shipped the extra long projector mounting arms out to me without hesitation. Is that great customer service OR WHAT! Outstanding!” — Mark Fanjoy, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (5 months ago)
“I have now had my skytrak set up for about a year and have played a significant amount of golf and everything’s still holding strong. The service when I needed it has been quick and helpful and the team helped me with an install issue even though they didn’t have to. I will definitely be doing more business with them in the near future in our new home.” — John Smithton, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (6 months ago)
“Ordered a Protee VX Launch Monitor from them Monday and it was installed and I was using it by Thursday. Incredible service and the Protee is 🤯” — Landon Boogaard, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (7 months ago)
“I had been trying to research Golf Simulators online & also using another vendor, but was struggling to find what would be perfect for my space & what I was looking for. That frustration quickly changed once I heard about Gungho Golf! They absolutely exceeded my expectations in helping walk me through what would make the most sense for me, my family & the space we're using. Kevin was the rep I was working with & he was absolutely outstanding! This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had, & that is all due to Kevin, but seems to me this is just how Gungho Golf as a company operates in having high customer service standards. In a matter of just a couple of hours they found the perfect solution for me & made the design & ordering process so easy. Gungho Golf has a customer for life after the purchasing experience; just wish I would have gone to them 4-5 weeks earlier!” — Phillip DeGroat, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (10 months ago)
“The folks at Gungho helped me get the perfect setup in my basement. Super easy to work with, quick shipping and fast responses to emails made for a perfect transaction. I’ve already spent a lot of time working on my game since installing the simulator and have no excuses not to practice. It’s been a great investment and I’ll continue to do business with them for future needs!” — duane kibbee, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (2 years ago)
