“Highly recommend Gott Golf for any club building or fitting needs. Ant has been fitting and building my clubs for the last few years and the results have been amazing. The whole team is responsive and detail oriented. Go see them!” — Kevin McGarry-Schoof, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (a month ago)
“Background: Avid golfer with a handicap that can range from 10-15. I had a club fitting with a different store, it felt rushed and seemed like the fitter was in a hurry. After doing some research I found Gott Golf in Colorado and made the 3 hour trek to get there. Blake at Gott Golf did not disappoint. He was professional. He took his time and discussed different options with me. I ended up getting new irons with shafts and got new shafts for driver and woods. Was it cheap? No. Was it expensive? Yes. Was it worth it. Absolutely. Do yourself a favor. Spend the time, the money, and the resources to get fitted here. Clubs like this can last years. The investment is worth it.” — Ryan Wurdeman, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (a month ago)
“I can't write enough high praise for Gott Golf. I had scheduled a couple of bookings with Greg (the owner) due to some personal recommendations from a friend of mine. Greg personally took it upon himself to do this fitting (on the weekend, during golf season - mind you). He had an unforeseen event come up during the scheduled time, and was extremely apologetic and rescheduled ASAP. He then turned around and did both our fittings on the same day. This ended up being a full day affair, and Greg stayed well past the closing hours of his shop to make sure we were taken care of. He is as professional as they come. He threw in free balls and apparel for the scheduling mishap as well. The clubs were delivered on time, and my God are they butter. I highly recommend you go here.” — Sean, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (2 months ago)
“This place does it all. I had my entire bag fitted and I couldn’t be happier. There was no pressure to buy anything and I could hit clubs until I was too tired to swing anymore. Anthony was able to dial me into the correct launch and spin numbers while also improving my dispersion and gapping. I ended up with a custom fit putter also. One of my favorite things about this shop is that they’ll continue to help you make adjustments once your clubs come in so you’re not a forgotten customer after you make a purchase.” — Jesse Packwood, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (3 months ago)
“Case of good, bad, and ugly. Background: Very avid golfer. Single digit HC. Play over 50 rounds a year + countless time practicing. But NEVER been fitted before. GOOD: Definitely brand agnostic. Not trying to push their agenda; rather, they will take time to find the right fit for your swing. Very knowledgeable too. BAD: Had a full bag fitting scheduled, but we spent 95% of our time on just irons (specifically my 7). It’s as if they didn’t know and we ran out of time and then got hurried. And, it turns out that my current set up vs what they were suggesting was a very marginal difference (even the fitter said that). Swung my Driver 5 times and they said, “not much we can do,” which I came to later find out (on my own), there was definitely more to be done (for the better). Didn’t touch Hybrids or 3 Wood. Nor did we touch Wedges. Putter was an afterthought (I had to remind them about it) and we spent about 5 minutes on it. If a full bag fitting takes two sessions (which I highly recommend), then say so upfront. UGLY: Bad business practice. I booked and came in on a holiday special. I let them know it (plus they knew it), and told them that I’m taking advantage of this published offer bc I wasn’t sure if I really needed a change in my clubs (turns out that I was right). When it came time to check out, they charged me the regular full bag price and didn’t honor the holiday special. I over-heard them say it’s because I didn’t walk out of there with anything which was not a requirement of the special! It’s not my problem if you were getting the “wrong clientele” bc of this special. I was fully prepared to walk out with new clubs if needed, but it turned out that it wasn’t. In the crowded world of golf, good business practice is even more critical than ever bc knowledge club fitters are so much more abundant and available than ever before. Wish my experience here was better.” — Damon Davoudpour, rated 2 out of 5 on Google (6 months ago)
