“We hosted my dad’s 60th surprise birthday party at Golfzon and wow they did an amazing job! Tara was incredible to work alongside of and fulfilled everyone of my requests and our group needs. We got the CHI package and the food was amazing alongside of their ice cream bar. My dad is a big banana split guy and they catered to us and gave him a beautiful banana split! What an evening!! “Unfortunately I was very disappointed in my visit here. I honestly feel robbed of my money. Simulator was not calibrated correctly and was practically guessing yardages. The same swing would produce either a 9 iron going 110 yards or 180 yards. Same for all clubs and when I asked for help I was ignored. “The technology is great. The service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. We saw our server twice once to take the drink order (which he got wrong and blamed the bar). And the second time to take our food order. Initially we requested he helped us set up the simulator but he never did. We set it up ourselves. Thankfully it was relatively simple. “This place is the best Golf Simulator in town. We took the entire sales team and were not disappointed. They have first class amenities and were very helpful with new golfers and helped us get started and playing in minutes. Would highly recommend for seasoned pros, new golfers and even group outings. Drinks are good the food is tasty and the golf simulators are crazy good so much of a clearer picture screen and the floors move as if you were out on a course with my usual lies!
