“I tried to take a lesson there a few months ago, but was unsuccessful. I booked a lesson and showed up but the instructor wasn’t there. The one person who was there told me to check my junk email. I checked it and I did find the email from the academy. The email was very odd because it said something like sorry YOU had to cancel your lesson. I didn’t cancel my lesson THEY did and they failed to properly notify me to make matters worse. I did give them my number to call to rectify the situation—instead I was instructed that I had to be the one to reach out and reschedule. It was almost like they couldn’t be bothered to take a new student. The place was deserted when I was there a few months ago they were apparently doing some construction and it was empty except for a few instructors. That’s perfectly OK. I have money to spend, and I won’t be spending it on the Ledbetter academy golf lessons. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
