“This is a great product but a terrible company and even worse customer service. I purchased a SE WI Greens Card and was sent an expired card (2020). Simple mistake, no problem. I played a little phone tag and had better results with text messaging. I had also purchased and received a valid 2022 a week apart from the expired one. I wanted a refund on the expired card but would've settled for a 2023 card if that would be easier. After much fuss and many messages from Dan the CEO of Greens Card he decided the best course of action was to send me another 2022 card that I receive on September 28th. Roughly 2 months after recieving the expired card, which is in no way my fault. Why do they even still have 2020 cards around? At this point Dan is no longer responding to my messages. The disapointing thing about this is that I would've purchased several of these cards every year for the foreseeable future I play a lot of golf. I would have also told people about how great it is, if that were true. Since Dan is so unwilling to do the right thing I don't see how I can do any of that.” — Paul Snyder, rated 1 out of 5 on Google (3 years ago)
