“First thing, I want to thank Cameron Place for being an awesome coach. When I first started my golf game was horrible. I couldn’t compress the ball and I had a nasty slice with all my clubs. After the first two lessons, my game started to improve with also lots of practice on my end on what Cameron taught me that session. After a while of lessons and practice, everything started to come around. I started to compress the ball more, hit my drives straight and where I wanted the ball to go, and hybrids were going straight and far. I loved going to my sessions and talking about my last golf outing and working on what did not work for me that week. One week was my driver, he fixed that with a couple tweaks. Next time was my hybrids, he also fixed that with a couple tweaks and pushing out the hip. In the beginning. And last was just a refresher on everything I had learned in the beginning. Cameron never pushed me to buy new clubs, unless I suggested it. And yes I ended up by a putter from Golftech (L.A.B. DF3i Putter). In all, Golftech and Cameron really improved my game. I would definitely suggest anyone to at least try the 5 lesson plan like I did.” — Tony Alonzo, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (2 months ago)
“I went there for the "swing analysis" the other day. First time there and it was nice, I didn't know what to expect. I'm 67, retired and on social security. I'm not aspiring to be a tour pro, I just want to hit my driver straighter. I figured there would be some sales talk but there was more than I was comfortable with. I was there for the analysis, not a history lesson or run down on equipment being used. Not trying to be mean, but I did pay almost $100. Worked on my 7 iron mostly which is a club I hit halfway decent, I would've preferred help on my driver instead. After the analysis, the prices popped up on screen and my jaw dropped. I'm not taking a loan out to improve a game I play once or twice a month for fun, and not for money! The time spent on trying to get me into lessons almost exceeded my analysis time. Changing my whole swing, stance, grip etc is all good but at some point you gotta work with what you have. I might not have a couple years left to learn a new swing. This is probably a great experience for much younger kids or adults, just wasn't what I was looking for. From reading other reviews, appears the swing analysis reviews are similar.” — Kurt B, rated 3 out of 5 on Google (2 months ago)
“I've been taking lessons here with Cameron for the past 3 months. When I started, I had never taken any golf lessons before and could barely make contact with the ball. Cameron has done a fantastic job of teaching me correct form to be able to consistently hit the ball. His lessons are fun, encouraging, and every lesson I can see that I'm getting better. I love that he provides videos that I can follow at home to improve in between our lessons, and the videos are tailored to the skills I need to work on. Additionally, Golftec has some awesome technology that will show you every aspect of your swing so you can see what you did well and what you need to improve on. If you're considering lessons to get into golf or improving your skills, I highly recommend checking out Golftec.” — Luke Kraft, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (4 months ago)
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We cannot say enough great things about Cameron Place at GolfTEC. We originally came in for my boyfriend, who did a swing evaluation and a couple of lessons with Cameron, and the improvement in his game was noticeable almost immediately. Cameron has an incredible way of breaking things down clearly and making adjustments that actually stick. Because of that experience, we decided to send our 13-year-old daughter to work with him as well — and we’re so glad we did. Cameron made her feel completely comfortable, confident, and supported from the very first session. She learned so much, stayed engaged the entire time, and walked away genuinely excited about improving her game. It was clear how thoughtful and patient he is as an instructor, especially with younger players. The results spoke for themselves, and we ended up purchasing a lesson package for her as well. Cameron is knowledgeable, professional, encouraging, and truly invested in his students’ success. Whether you’re an adult looking to improve your game or a parent searching for the right coach for your child, Cameron is exceptional. Highly recommend!” — Alyson Cleary, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (6 months ago)
“I had the pleasure of working with Cameron as my golf coach for a few months, and the experience was fantastic. When I started, I had never even swung a golf club before, but Cameron made learning the game approachable and enjoyable. His knowledge of golf is impressive, and he has a great way of breaking down techniques so they’re easy to understand and apply. His tips were practical and made a noticeable difference in my performance. Beyond his expertise, Cameron is an encouraging and fun coach to learn from. He creates a positive environment that makes every session enjoyable while still pushing you to get better. If you’re looking for someone who combines skill, patience, and enthusiasm, Cameron is the perfect coach. Highly recommend!” — Agnes Choi, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (7 months ago)
