“It took me about a year to finally sign up for GOLFTEC. I always thought hitting balls indoors wouldn't really help because it's so different from practicing on real grass. But after my swing completely fell apart and I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong, I decided to buy a lesson package that included practice time. I couldn't be happier that I finally did it! My coach, Stephanie, is fantastic—she's not only helping me correct my swing but also using the swing-analysis machines to record and show me exactly what I'm doing wrong (and right!). “After struggling to fix my flat, over-the-top golf swing on my own for many years, I went to Golftec Westlake for some serious training. The results were exceptional. Stephanie Maynard helped break my swing down into manageable segments and fix any problems in each segment. Each 30 minute lesson was followed by 30 minutes of practice, with appropriate computer generated feedback on each swing. This approach was vastly superior to the traditional on-the-range tactic of trying to make all of the necessary changes at the same time. As a result, I’m making better contact on an inside-out swing plane.
