“I have been working with Luke for over a year. This is after I got significantly sick and lost plenty of strength. My swing was way out of sync and I became handsy and flipping before impact. My legs got into my swing in attempt to deliver power and speed. Now that I am stronger, we worked hard on my legs to restrict my trail knee bend and hope to get my hands ahead at impact without flipping. When we started, I would have been shooting in the high 90ies. At the end of last season, I was back into the low 80ies and threatening the high 70ies. My distance still needs work, but I am looking forward to playing this year with the swing changes.
